Seeing is believing —  Vision Pro unveiled at WWDC … along with other Macs, and previews of all upcoming next generation OSes

Apple’s Keynote of Monday, June 5, did not disappoint. And that is almost certainly an understatement.

Like Fred Flintstone, Apple started its WWDC keynote with its feet already running on the ground — starting with the new 15-inch MacBook Air, and then following with an updated M2 Ultra chip Mac Studio … and then a bit of a shocker — the final Macintosh to go all Apple Silicon, the new Mac Pro.

After all the hardware reveals, Apple danced straight into its operating systems previews, featuring iOS 17, macOS Sonoma, iPadOS 17, tvOS and watchOS 10. There are some very impressive aesthetic and feature rich highlights in each operating system, so you will want to rewind the Keynote or check out details on each operating system on Apple‘s website — where, of course, you can rewatch the Keynote in full.

But stealing the show was the much anticipated and rumored Apple AR/VR entry, called  Vision Pro — a $3,499 marvel of engineering. Words, or even pictures, won’t do it justice, so you’ll have to watch some of Apple‘s specific clips featuring their new product entry. Of course, the only way to fully research the cost worthiness is to try the headset yourself in an Apple retail store. However,  Vision Pro won’t be available until early next year.

All the next-generation operating systems will arrive in this Fall, probably September.
